Entry Criteria
- SEE/SLC Pass: Minimum C Grade in Compulsory Mathematics & Science.
- English requirement: Minimum D+ Grade in English.
- Alternative Entry: Pre-diploma in Civil Engineering with minimum 67.00%.
- Should pass the entrance examination administered by CTEVT.
Grading & Pass Marks
- Theory Pass Marks: 40% of the total marks.
- Practical Pass Marks: 50% of the total marks.
- Attendance: Minimum 90% attendance is required in each subject.
- Distinction: 80% and above overall marks.
Career Opportunity
Graduates are eligible for positions equivalent to Non-gazette 1st class/Level 5 (technical)as prescribed by the Public Service Commission (Lok Sewa Aayog) of Nepal. They are also eligible for registration with the related professional council. Employment opportunities exist in the Ministry of Physical Infrastructure and Transport, Department of Irrigation, Water Supply departments, construction companies, and various NGOs/INGOs involved in infrastructure projects.
